> Anthony Echo, MD is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon offering specialized care in peripheral nerve surgery, breast reconstruction, and related procedures in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Anthony Echo is a board-certified surgeon in Plastic Surgery and serves as an assistant professor at Houston Methodist Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine, as well as a clinical assistant professor at Texas A&M University. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine and a microsurgery fellowship at Stanford University. He also trained in peripheral nerve surgery under Dr. Susan Mackinnon.

He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a scientific peer reviewer for several journals, and serves on committees for various plastic surgery societies. Dr. Echo has received grant funding from the Plastic Surgery Foundation, Ethicon, and Houston Methodist Hospital.

His clinical and research interests include complex peripheral nerve surgery, nerve pain, Targeted Muscle Reinnervation (TMR) for amputation stump pain, sports hernia repair, microsurgical breast reconstruction with sensation restoration, core muscle injuries, surgical treatment of migraine headaches, DIEP flap breast reconstruction, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
